1. About Us Katharine Story is a private atelier and boutique based in Laguna Beach, California, offering designer ready-to-wear and made-to-order pieces. You can reach us at info@katharinestory.com.

Many items are produced in limited quantities or made to order, and availability may change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue a style, or refuse any order at our discretion.

3. Pricing and Payment All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. We use Shopify's secure checkout to process payments; we do not store your full payment card details.

4. Shipping Shipping is handled according to our Shipping Policy, available at checkout and on our Site. Risk of loss and title for items you purchase pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
